Utah FORGE 1-2409: PetroQuip Final Report for Zonal Isolation Solution for Geothermal Wells
This dataset contains the final technical report for the project Zonal Isolation Solution for Geothermal Wells, carried out from 2021 to 2024 by PetroQuip and the University of Utah. It documents the design, testing, and deployment of two downhole isolation tools for high-temperature geothermal wells: a Locking Bridge Plug with Landing Profile, which successfully held 7,500 psi at 450F in lab and field tests at Utah FORGE, and an Open Hole Packer to isolate the individual sections of the casing from the reservoir.
