U.S. PV-Suitable Rooftop Resources
This dataset contains zipcode resolution estimates of suitable area on small (1,000-5,000 m^2), medium (5,000-10,000 m^2) and large (>10,000 m^2) buildings' rooftops for PV deployment.
Center estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for medium/large building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
Documentation
Lower bound census region estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for medium/large building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
Lower bound zipcode-level estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for small building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
Predicted (center estimate) estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for small building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
Upper bound census region estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for medium/large building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
Upper bound zipcode-level estimates (from 95% confidence interval) for small building suitability (number of buildings and rooftop area) in each of 21 orientation/tilt classes.
