Statistics Canada Energy Data: 2005 - 2009

Statistics Canada collects and produces annual energy-related data for the country. These official statistics are published on the Statistics Canada website. The data includes: annual energy fuel consumption in the manufacturing sector, by fuel type and by subsectors (2005 -2009); energy supply and demand (2003 - 2009); and sales of fuel used for road motor vehicles. The two primary locations for this energy data are: (1) http://www40.statcan.ca/l01/ind01/l3_1741-eng.htm?hili_none and (2) http://www.statcan.gc.ca/daily-quotidien/101214/dq101214b-eng.htm. The datasets are presented in tables on the Statistics Canada website, but are not available for download. Included here is an Excel spreadsheet created by a third party, for the purpose of capturing copies of the data.
