The US Department of Interior's (DOI) Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) published GIS data of offshore information for the Pacific Region. The data are available as GIS shapefiles. The types of data include: active leases, boundary of US jurisdiction for mineral development, marine sanctuaries, and fed/state boundaries. All .zip files included here contain shapefiles and supplemental metadata.
