Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf GIS Data
The US Department of Interior's (DOI) Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) published GIS data of offshore information for the Atlantic Region. The data are available as ESRI ArcGIS files. The types of data include: boundary of US jurisdiction for mineral development, marine sanctuaries, and fed/state boundaries. There are no active leases in the Atlantic (all leases have been relinquished) so lease data is not included. All .zip files included here contain ESRI shapefiles, plus a summary document describing the field names.
